The room was nice and spacious for 5 people. The staff was great. Very clean. The pool was nice and area remained clean. Only take away would be to let the people staying multiple nights know that they have to request for the cleaning people to come take the trash and fill up toiletries and towels cause I thought they would just knock and ask if we need anything we waiting until after 3 and no one ever knocked and cleaning lady left the floor we were on without knocking.

The decor and layout of our room was nice. Plenty of space. The beds were ok, though I expected them to be queen size and not full size beds.

Stayed here during ArtPrize for my second year. Clean, updated rooms. Pet friendly accommodations for an additional fee and includes cats. Some hotels claim to be pet friendly, but only accept dogs. Decent breakfast. Staff is quick to restock breakfast items that run out. Hotel is close to any store/restaurant you might need and just a 15 minute drive from downtown Grand Rapids.

The breakfast was okay, very simple but still variety. The oatmeal was good. The room was clean and modern, but a bit of a a strange layout with the television not in a convenient location. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Convenient and close to shopping and restaurants, staff extremely accommodating and friendly! Pool is heated like a hot tub but not so hot you can’t be in it long. I was in the pool with my daughter the whole time and normally I just watch her swim and she begs me to get in but I don’t because it’s cold everywhere else. We came to enjoy a couple days of her spring break since we couldn’t go on a tropical trip. We have decided this is our new place to come for girls weekends!

Clean, stocked, and there were a lot of people there but we couldn't hear anything from our room. Breakfast was amazing as well as the pool facilities.

The breakfast was delicious! The staff replenished supplies before they ran out, and were very pleasant to guests!! The desk clerk on duty when I checked in was friendly, informative, and professional!

We were in the GR area for a wedding and this hotel was close to the venue. We arrived earlier than the check in time, because we had to be to the rehearsal, and the front desk gal was great! She got us our key so that we could freshen up and we greatly appreciated it after a 3 hour drive. As far as breakfast, it was just ok. They have pretend scrambled eggs and whatever you do, don't eat the sausage. Though the biscuits were good, I would have enjoyed a waffle. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the room was clean and nice. I liked the shower. But be sure to put a towel or two on the floor; somehow water manages to get out. Overall, it is a nice hotel.
